Vinsak to integrate Phoseon UV LED curing products
Hillsboro, Oregon – Phoseon Technology, the leader in UV LED curing solutions, announced an agreement with Vinsak Group to integrate Phoseon UV LED light sources into printing presses for the narrow web flexographic market.
UV LED curing technology brings higher yields and lower operating costs, including up to 80% energy savings compared to mercury arc lamp technology. There is no warm-up time with instant-on LEDs, increasing productivity and profitability. Phoseon’s patented LED technologies deliver rugged, high-performance solutions for demanding narrow web applications.
“The demand for UV LED curing technology continues to grow in the labels and packaging markets. Vinsak has the ability and infrastructure to provide high level integration services and after-sale support while being cost-effective and competitive,” said Amit Rothschild, Phoseon’s EMEA Sales Manager.
“We are excited to partner with Phoseon to bring our customers a sustainable product, with proven quality, for their applications and specific needs,” said Ranesh Bajaj, Managing Director at Vinsak Group. “Partnering with Phoseon we can provide our customers with a highly reliable, high functioning, cost-effective LED curing solution.”
