Press release from the issuing company
Woodstock, GA – MicroDynamics, leader in accurate cell volume measurement systems, will exhibit their new 3DQC Veritas™ anilox inspection system at the 2023 FTA INFOFLEX exhibition. The 3DQC Veritas™ instrument, alongside the MicroScan3™ software, will be showcased at MicroDynamics Booth #329, April 17-18 in Columbus, OH.
3DQC Veritas™ is the newest anilox inspection microscope from MicroDynamics, strategically designed for printers and converters. The new technology builds on the company’s proven 3DQC Classic microscope, used in quality control processes by top anilox manufacturers for decades. Economic and robust, Veritas™ brings the power of true anilox measurements to the shop floor, empowering printers with the same QC instruments and software trusted by roll manufacturers around the globe.
Latin for Truth, Veritas™ enhances the non-contact white light interferometric volume measurements needed for accurate, repeatable cell measurements in engravings of all depths. Measurements with Veritas™ come within a +/- 1% repeatability, with data results populating faster than any other system – results in less than 8 seconds and getting faster! Fitted with a rugged exterior and dust/damage resistant optics, Veritas™ is engineered robust for consistent inspection in a variety of print environments.
MicroDynamics will also exhibit their MicroScan3™ inspection software, featuring microscope control, advanced data analysis, 3D visualization, roll audit history, a comprehensive database and more.
Attendees are invited to Booth #329 to witness the inspection capabilities of Veritas™ and analyze the resulting data in MicroScan3™. Live inspection demonstrations will be conducted throughout the exhibition, utilizing anilox rolls provided by Apex International. Brochures, product collateral, and free giveaways will be available at the booth.
MicroDynamics is also proud to announce, Veritas™ is in the running for the 2023 FTA Technical Innovation Award. Technologies that receive the FTA Technical Innovation Award are deemed by a panel of industry experts to have the potential power to change flexography’s future for the better. Award winners will be announced during the FTA FORUM Awards Banquet on Sunday, April 16th.
“We take pride in being a company known for integrity and accuracy in anilox inspection. For years, our team has been hard at work engineering the Veritas™ system to meet the needs and goals of the modern printer. We are incredibly proud to offer a system that can establish true, accurate, and repeatable anilox QC standards for printers and roll manufacturers alike.” states Larry Ridgeway, President at MicroDynamics.
